Jim explains things clearly and patiently, and pro-actively keeps us informed of needed maintenance. He also tries to get us any discounts to which we are entitled (even if we aren't aware of them). Steve and Sean McLane respected my schedule by not "playing the game" and I did not feel the pressure often felt at other dealerships. Steve even oversaw the installation of leather in my LX after the sale in the same turnkey manner. Tony was also very efficient with processing the financing and respected my firm goal of avoiding additional costs to the deal.
