Where's my Title and Tag? I paid cash for a car on December 16th. Very knowledgeable and friendly sales person. I was issued a temporary plate, 30 day, to allow me to drive of I paid cash for a car on December 16th. Very knowledgeable and friendly sales person. I was issued a temporary plate, 30 day, to allow me to drive off the parking lot. On January 17th, the expiration date of the temporary plate, I had to park the car in my drive way. Sure this dealership offered a rental car to smooth things over. Well I don't want a rental car, I want to drive the car I bought and paid for. The lady working on the title was quick to blame their sister company in Charleston and admitted that the Charleston dealership only applied for a duplicate title January 13th 5 days before the temporary tag expired. My question is why did everyone wait until the 13th of January to figure out the they needed to apply for a duplicate title?? They charge you an outrageous administration fee without getting any service! Here we are February 10th still no word on my tag. I will never buy another car from Hendrick Honda! More
