Convenient car buying experience I made my inquiries through emails and then negotiated the price. All I had to do after that was walk in and give it a test drive. Whenever one of our Hondas needs service, we use Hendrick's service department, and ask for Jim Burrows. Jim explains things clearly and patiently, and pro-actively keeps us informed of needed maintenance. He also tries to get us any discounts to which we are entitled (even if we aren't aware of them). Everyone I interact with at Hendrick seems genuinely glad to be working there. More
