Consistent Service Experience I am completely satisfied with my experiences at Hendrick Honda Service that I coordinate with Jeffery Smith to the work completed by the technicians I am completely satisfied with my experiences at Hendrick Honda Service that I coordinate with Jeffery Smith to the work completed by the technicians through the end result of the cashier. I have experienced consistency and reliability in seeing the job through to the end whether it be a simple oil change with tire rotation or new brakes or thermostat changed in non-Honda vehicles that I own. The location works for me and the hours are very convienent. As a consumer you need to plan service appt.'s for your vehicles accordingly, but when an emergency comes up, I find that the staff at HH remains calm and treat you with respect as their customer. Amazing Customer Service I had the best experience at Hendrick Honda all because of Manny Dasilva! As soon as my parents and I started searching for cars on the lot, Manny app I had the best experience at Hendrick Honda all because of Manny Dasilva! As soon as my parents and I started searching for cars on the lot, Manny approached us and asked if we needed help with anything. At the time, I drove a 2009 Honda Civic and I was searching for a 2015 Honda Civic. I was going to be my first time buying a car in my name. Right away Manny explained everything that I needed to know about each Civic. Within minutes we were on the road taking it for a test drive. Since I was a young buyer, it was a little more difficult for me to get approved for a loan. Manny did any and everything to make it happen. He also recommended me to an awesome insurance company. Manny was so patient with me and helped me in every way that he could. The thing that my parents and I liked about Manny the most was how personable and funny he was. Although sitting at the dealership for 5-6 can be very tiring; Manny kept us laughing and energized. My family is definitely going to go back to Hendrick Honda all because of Manny. His service was outstanding and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I recommend everyone to ask for Manny Dasilva at Hendrick Honda! He won't let you down. More
Easy & Efficient Buying Experience The dealership closes at 5pm on Sundays and I was not aware of that when I strolled in at 4:30. I was first greeted by Sam Reynolds and explained to him exactly what my needs were. Sam gave me options and explained advantages. He then introduced me to Manny Dasilva, who became the sales associate I worked with. I did a test drive and signed papers for the vehicle I wanted. Both Manny and Sam stayed late and did not show a hint of irritation nor made me feel rushed. Also, Manny and Sam were extremely friendly; neither was pushy, overbearing and disgustingly aggressive to the point that I would have walked away and done business elsewhere. The vehicle I wanted was not in stock but in transit. Manny contacted me to keep me abreast of the expected time of arrival. The vehicle arrived withing 3 days. When i went back to the dealership to pick it up, Manny walked me through the rest of the sales process / paperwork, took the time to show me all the features of the vehicle and encouraged me to contact him with any questions or concerns. Overall, a wonderful experience. More
Awful Customer Service Experience Alex said he would call the next day when the car was ready for a test drive. He never called. I called him to find out. He wasn't around so someone h Alex said he would call the next day when the car was ready for a test drive. He never called. I called him to find out. He wasn't around so someone had to look for him. When he got on the phone he was very distracted by something. He just occasionally said "What?" "What?" "Who is this?" "What car?" The connection was fine. I explained I was there the day before with my mom. He said something like "I see a lot of customers." Either the car was ready or he was available for me to test drive at 6:30pm. I decided to buy it, but they needed to detail it first. He said he will call the next day to let me know when it will be ready. I didn't hear from him, so I called around 3:50pm to find out the car's status. The receptionist said he was busy at the moment, but would have him call me very soon. No call. I called back at 4:30pm and I was transferred not once, not twice, but 4 times with a 30+ second wait between each. All I asked was whether someone knew if the car I put a down payment on was ready. Finally, I get Alex. Blah blah, the car's ready (except it still has scratches that need touching up). I get there, Alex isn't around. He eventually pops up and we start the paperwork. He occasionally disappears and reappears in the middle of it. Side note: a $650 non-negotiable "administrative fee". Carmax's is $200. Also, Hendrick gave me $1000 for my trade-in, Scott Clark offered $1200, which is it's actual kbb value. He disappears for a long time and I guess he assumed I knew it was time to go to the business office. I finish up there. He's nowhere to be found, so they have to page him. I had to ask for my key before he gave it to me. Didn't have a second one for me though. Alex and Hendrick Honda made me feel completely unimportant and more of a nuisance than a customer. Hendrick never again. Never again Hendrick. More

They make me sign a contract with a ridiculous APR which is the 17.31% when they told me it was going to be 7.3%. I give them $20,000 dlls down payment and they want to take more than $ 8,000.00 off because I don't want the van anymore. Dorian Gordon one of the finance department threatening by telling they were going to call the police and accused me of stealing a van. How this could be possible when he put the plates under my name????? I know they expect to get a lot of money from me but not this way. Nobody has communicated with me or answer any of my questions. There's no absolutely no customer service and I feel they just want to take my money and run with it. I will never do business with them or recommend to anyone. I been having the worst experience of my life. The sad thing is my family has purchased 3 vehicles from them and I would of been the 4th. They have lost a customer for life. More

We live an hour and a half away but it was totally worth the drive! Everyone was super polite and could not have been more friendly. Our salesman Wayne Alexander, Finance Manager Kelli Jo, Sales Manager Sam, and all the other staff members were all great! We felt very welcomed and they did their best to work with what we wanted and could afford. We enjoyed getting to "build" our car to our needs without all of the run around we experienced other places. If you are in the market to buy please go see them! We are excited to be proud new owners of a 2015 Honda Accord EX-L. Two big thumbs up for Hendrick Honda!!! More
