This was my second time for service on my CR-V and again, it was a totally good experience. Andrew Hedrick did an excellent job at handling my visit. He was able to work with Tony Howsare (sales manager) to present us with better interest rate options which was the key in making our final decision. Umberto kept us up to date on things to make sure we where getting the best service possible. He made sure we understood fully before signing anything, answered all of our questions and was very patient with us. I never felt rushed and/or felt like there where any suspicious loop holes because they cleared any price doubts we had, unlike other dealerships where they hassle people into making a big mistake. We were very pleased with our service experience. This was the first major work on our 2009 Honda Odyssey, we were replacing timing belt and tension. We agreed and then Jesus recommended we check of email for coupon and he was right we used 10% discount and their was special already on tire rotation we really appreciated his assistance. I had been recommended to this dealership due to the customer services and price they offer. Like most of the car buyers, this is a big decision and I did not want to be rushed, but I was looking for p customer services and price they offer. As recommended by a friend, I went to Hendrick honda and met with Ned. Ned is a thorough gentleman, who had not only provided me with guidance on various cars, but took me through various cars testing, bearing with patience with my questions. Both me and my wife, tested cars at leisure and through several days of to and fro and at our own pace without Ned pressurizing us in buying a car in a way a sales man would do; Ned allowed us to feel the comfort and ease of buying a car, educated us with various options and models with pros and cons, and assisted us in getting a very good deal. Overall, the management team as well worked with us to ensure we had a good deal and made a process much easier and got the car I wanted.
