Good afternoon Anne Did you actually read my comments? I think because (as you mentioned 1000’s) that maybe your dealership seems to care more about the quantity of sales than about quality. We had said we could come at another day and time. Ken was the one who wanted to do it when we did. You don’t mention the rude unprofessional behavior of Sean Mclane or the fact that two weeks after contacting Matthew and Shane about our concerns we have not heard back from them either. I also had reached back out to Sam shortly after we took delivery. When he did respond he assured me that upper management would be contacting me immediately, that was a week ago. I told him we didn’t feel we should do any surveys or reviews until we had spoken with management. Unfortunately no one at Hendrick Automotive Management seem to care about quality either. I guess it’s great you have 1000’s of happy customers that this one unhappy customer deserves only a polite form letter response. Sincerely William Neeley

Anne I guess our reason for our original disappointment with this dealership was the rude treatment we received from Sean. I am a fifty nine year old man who while I have no problem admitting I have made many mistakes in all aspects of my life. One thing I learned at an early age was when you make a mistake you first admit it, then apologize if I had offended anyone and then try extremely hard not to repeat it. Your management was contacted, they didn’t care enough to even respond. As far as Sean goes I think he has many personal issues. For him to speak to a customer who is not only buying a $30,000 car but is also paying cash immediately. He couldn’t even come out to thank us for our purchase let alone apologize. Have you ever bought a car where a member of management never thanked you for purchasing a car? I can’t and I have purchased way too many to even count but this was the first time that a member of management didn’t come out to speak as we took delivery.

Thanks but I’ve only left this one review of Hendrick Honda. It was never addressed. Unless your response is how you feel it has been addressed? No one from Hendrick Management has ever reached out to me as you said they would.

Update 05/16/2019 Almost two months later and still no one from management has responded to me about the rude treatment we received. Anne Lewis says to call and she will have Mathew contact me. However Anne does not return calls and the only call our son received was one where he was asked if he like the car. Nothing was ever said about the rude treatment. No apologies, nothing.
