This was the most fun I've ever had waiting for a car being serviced. In honor of Memorial Day weekend all customers were offered complimentary Hamburgers and Hotdogs fresh off the grill and all the Che being serviced. I enjoyed the beautiful Tropical Fish tank, the huge flat screen TV, looking at the new vehicles and got a snoot full of New Car Smell. There was a Motorcyle I fell in love with, a VT750 Honda Shadow, in flat black. There were quite a few customers milling around outside. ... strangers were having great conversation with one another. There was an old Honda Z in the display room that brought back memories. As if I hadn't had a great time already, it was all topped off with a complimentary Car Wash. I purchased a used BMW from this dealership in April. Everything was great that first day; everyone was nice and willing to help. It's the post sale support that quickly disappeared. The car was missing floor mats and and a clip for the bumper which were listed on a "we owe you" once the deal was closed. After mutliple calls and 3 two and a half hour drives to the dealership, I still do not have my mats or clip. It has been over a month now and not sure it I'll ever see them. Not the type of customer support I expected. Added 5/22/13: Drove to dealerships and met the Sales Manager. He looked me in the eye and promised the mats and clip would be delivered that day to the dealership and he would he would UPS them directly to me. Friday 5/24 i received and email from the salesman stating that the reason i had not received the mats was because they were on back order, but he would send out "all weather mats" instead. More

Just had a great experience with Hendrick Honda. We went in to have our van of 6 years serviced and ended up buying a brand new Honda Odyssey! I had the misfortune of being in an accident a few months ago. Had it not been for Darron's kindness, knowledge and understanding I believe I would have been a true basket case during the entire repair proc ago. Darron called me several days a week not only with updates on the repairs but to make sure I was hanging in there with as little stress and anxiety as possible. I needed to go out of state and Darron arranged for a rental car for me at the airport when I returned because my car would not be ready. He also called the insurance company to confirm my car would not be ready and to make sure payment of the rental would be covered by my insurance. Darron had the ability to make me relax and trust that the necessary repairs would be done to Honda's high standards. I was not able to pick up my car when it was ready so Darron personally drove it to my home. I drove him back to Hendrix Honda of Charlotte which gave me an opportunity to express my gratitude for his kindness and ability to put me at ease since I had never been in an accident and didn't know what to expect during this process. I would recommend Hendrix Honda Collision to anyone needing repair work done on their car but more because from the minute you walk into the facility you are greeted by the receptionists to persons maintaining the exterior and everyone in between with professionalism, politeness, friendliness and very outgoing personalities. I was treated with respect by everyone most specifically Darron who treated me like I was a member of his family not just another customer needing their car fixed. More
I did not get the service promied at all and very unhappy. My almost 5 hours at the dealership was not worth it. I was promised a full tank gas after purchase of almost $21,000 dollars vehicle. No floor mats, though I was also promised to get them later. It's been 6 days since I purchased the vehicle, no phone call or nothing from any one at the dealership. This is a very bad delievery experience with Hendrick. I have had a better service with Keffer Chrysler back in 2004 and I must say my business with them was appreciated, and was treated as a value customer. Nothing compare to what I have experince with Hendrick honda, and I must say I am very dissapointed with the overall service received. More
I had No intentions on purchasing a car, I wanted to look around and get some ideas on what I may be spending on a used Honda. I was walking out when Ronnie R. asked if I saw anything that I couldn't leave without. I politely said Yes, but I hate the time it takes to buy a car and I wasn't sure that I was ready. He said you never know until you try, we can get you an answer in 15 minutes... I told him he only had 10 minutes... We negotiated @ 13 minutes (LoL, I was Hungry and headed to dinner). I watched my phone and sure enough it was less than 15 mins & I walked away with my lovely ride. I would recommend Ronnie Russell to Anyone looking for an easy transaction. Now this experience was not ALL positive, the things he couldn't control made me want to Scream (i.e. the Long wait to sign the papers, taking the vehicle back for detailing, the windshield had a small crack that we Almost missed but they replaced it and a new sunroof ... so... 3 days of dropping off & picking up). I'm very happy with the car and if I was able to EVER afford a BRAND NEW CAR... I will get it from Ronnie! More

I told him what I was looking for and gave him more information and planned to meet the next day. When we arrived at the dealership everyone we encountered was very friendly and helpful. Sam had everything prepared and we were able to choose the color Civic we wanted to purchase. I was even able to trade in my 1992 Honda Accord with 330,000 miles. Sam turned us over to Charles Beard and we completed the financial paperwork. We were finishing the paperwork and I realized I was waiting for the "catch". It couldn't possibly be this easy to buy a brand new vehicle compared to my previous experiences. But it was that easy! Due to personal and financial setbacks over the last few years, I thought it would be impossible to purchase a new vehicle with a good interest rate and terms. I was wrong. Hendrick Honda, Sam Anders, and Charles Beard showed me that buying a new car was possible and painless. We LOVE our new Civic, especially the awesome gas mileage we now get. I would unequivocally recommend Hendrick Honda to anyone. More

I rated Henrick Honda as great in every category because of sales person Vickie Athey. She was courteous, very knowledgeable, projected a warmth and friendliness that was reassuring and immediately put me a of sales person Vickie Athey. I was pretty sure after that first meeting that the Honda Fit was the car I wanted to buy, but I wanted to research all of the other compacts, and subcompacts to compare and also check with all of the other Honda dealerships in driving distance to find the best offer. Although I had decided to go with the dealer that offered the best price up front without playing dealers against each other, I secretly hoped Hendrick Honda would be the one because I was so impressed with Vickie and impressed with Hendrick Honda because of her. And so after talking to five other Honda dealerships and giving each a one shot chance to give me their best offer, without telling any of them what the others had said, I called Vickie again. I told her I had completed my research, and now I needed to know what she could do for me. I told her I had talked to the other Honda dealers but I did not give her any information on what they had offered. She understood without discussion, and shortly after called me back with a deal that totally blew the others out of the water. Needless-to-say, my husband and I immediately went to Hendrick Honda and a couple of hours later I returned home in my beautiful new Honda Fit. I have shopped for and owned a lot of other vehicles in my life, but I have to say that because of Vickie, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I will recommend Hendrick Honda to all of my friends and tell them to ask for Vickie Athey. More
