I especially would like to thank Darron for his patience and persistence in dealing with my insurance company. Darron went above and beyond to ensure that my vehicle would get the quality parts needed to get it fixed especially when my insurance company was being difficult to deal with. I typically do not write reviews, but in this case I feel Darron’s professionalism and excellent communication skills in keeping me posted regularly on the status of my vehicle are definitely worth mentioning. I am completely satisfied with the work done on my vehicle. Hendrick Collision Center did and excellent job, and my van looks 100% better than it did before I brought it in. Anytime you are dealing with a car wreck and insurance companies it can be a big headache, but Darron McCullough and Hendrick Honda Collision made this process smooth and overall a great experience. I recently bought a pre-owned Honda Accord from Greg Thomas at Hendrick Honda. I couldn't have had a better experience. I think I got to the dealership a little before 2pm and was pulling back into my office at 4:45pm. The price was fair. Mainly I appreciated that he understood my best offer and got me there quickly - no back and forth. The car is beautiful and is in great shape for a pre-owned vehicle. Moreover, he offered me an additional detail of the car the next week and followed up to get me a second master key after I bought the car. KellyJo was extremely helpful in arranging my financing etc. I will definitely use Greg and KellyJo the next time I need to purchase a vehicle!! More

This might have been the easiest car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. The entire staff was helpful and friendly. Jess Johnson is an exceptional sales person. She answered every question we could come up with and once we purchased the vehicle she stayed well past closing time to set up the car for us, give us a great overview of any features that we might have missed on the test drive and see us on our way. Even the next day, when I brought the car back for detailing, Jess was there to help me through that process and make sure I didn't have any new questions. I would like to start off by saying, I would ONLY buy a car from Hendrick Honda! I have purchased 2 new Honda Accord's in the last 5 years. I purchased a new 2012 Honda Civic EX-L/Nav 3 weeks ago. The expe car from Hendrick Honda! I have purchased 2 new Honda Accord's in the last 5 years. I purchased a new 2012 Honda Civic EX-L/Nav 3 weeks ago. The experience as always was 1st Class. Manny was extremely helpful showing me all my options, explaining in detail any questions I had. Anytime I have come in to look at cars, there is zero pressure to buy. The price and customer service speaks for itself. The usual games dealers play, going back and forth on price are not present at Hendrick. Sean and his team want to not only earn your business, but want you as a repeat customer, so they take care of you the first time. Tony and Derek in finance were extremely helpful in explaining all the warranties and options. Again there was zero pressure to purchase additional products, but I did so. When viewing cars I always called ahead, and Manny was always there to take care of me. Sean, who oversees new car sales was always available to talk to. Unfortunately, I had a car accident after 3 weeks with my new car. They assigned Justin from the collision center to be my case worker. Again 1st class service, Justin kept me in the loop the entire time. The car was determined to be totaled. Sean and his team were there for me. I was able to purchase an identical car and was thrilled. Sean, Manny, Justin, Tony and Derek treated me like family, and that is all you can ask. Your not just a customer, but treated like a family member. They will have my business for life!! Thank You Hendrick! More

I can't even begin to say what an AMAZING car buying experience I had last weekend at Hendrick Honda!  First off, I'd like to thank Vickie Athey for being such a wonderful and sweet down to earth sales experience I had last weekend at Hendrick Honda!  First off, I'd like to thank Vickie Athey for being such a wonderful and sweet down to earth sales person and making me feel at such ease.  I absolutely loved working with her!!!  As a single Mom of 3, I came in feeling just little bit nervous about purchasing a new vehicle - especially with using the Costco Auto Program, but to my sheer delight it was totally easy and just as awesome as all the other reviews I had read online about this program and in regards to how great Hendrick Honda is.  Vickie (my sales person), Gabe (my sales manager) and Charles (my finance guy) were just the icing on the cake to make this experience as easy as it was.  There was no pressure at all and if anything I really felt like family by the time I left!  So yes, you all succeeded in your goal of making this car buying experience exceed my expectations.  Thank you Vickie, Gabe & Charles @ Hendrick Honda!!   Sincerely, Kerri Fullerton More

This is the second time we worked with Dennis Lee. There was no doubt that we would seek him out a second time after he helped us with the purchase of our Honda Civic in the winter. Both times, he was the consummate professional: so helpful, so friendly, and so accommodating. He is just an all around very nice man. We have loved our Hondas (we now own 3, but have owned several others), but, working with Dennis has been the most pleasant and most enjoyable car shopping experience so far. While we are currently not needing any other cars, we will definitely return to Hendrick Honda and to Dennis Lee for our next purchase. In addition, the woman who helped us with financing both the civic and most recent CRV (I think her name is Kelly) made the process run smoothly and quickly. We purchased the maintenance package and servicing the Civic has been easy and the service great. We look forward to bringing our CRV as well. More
