This was the very best experience ever!!! From the moment we walked in the door, we were greated by Gus Forbes who is a wonderful friendly helpful and caring person. She filled out all of the paperwork, answered all of our questions, had the patience of a saint, and just made us feel better than family! We then went to see Darrin Boatwright, who filled out more paperwork,- did we tell you there's lots of paperwork when you buy a car? But he was just as wonderful as the previous two people that we delt with! We were at the dealership for several hours since our car was fresh off the truck, and required detailing, but it was a relaxing, fun time, and everyone was very accommodating! Vickie is new to the car industry, but she was amazing! She was very knowledgable, and very helpful. I appreciated a woman's imput!! We have never felt so comfortable at a "store" before, and it was a great experience! We are already recommending the Charlotte Hendrick Honda store to everyone we meet. They treated us better than family- because we all know how family can be! We really felt special, but with no pressure to buy. We are even planning to drop in just to visit, the next time we're in the Charlotte area! When we started our search for a new car for our family, I honestly was looking to move from being a mini van mamma to a mid size SUV. From the moment we walked into the doors of Hendrick Honda we were treated like a real family. Not the crazy, mixed bag of nuts family, but the loving, informative, caring family. Throughout the day we test drove several other cars/SUV/vans...and kept coming back to our excellent experience at Hendrick. Today I drove home my brand new Honda Odyssey. We were greeted by Gabe as we walked in the door and he was eager to help us get started. He introduced us to Gus the General Sales Manager and we were escorted to Joseph Gamati. My first thought was this guy looks pretty young. I can not say enough about our experience with Joseph! Not only was he technically proficient, but he made sure we knew every inch of the cars features. Not to mention he was GREAT with our children. He is personable, knowledgable, and downright talented in sales. From there we worked with him and Gus to hammer out our incredible deal. I promise you, you will not find better pricing than at Hendrick Honda. Gus treated our children with love and care, even making sure they had snacks and drinks in our long day. We even got a handshake from the CEO and VP! Really what more could you ask for?? The final thing I will mention, is that when the financing department was backed up, instead of making us wait, they brought over Dorian Gordon from the pre-owned department to do our financing. Here was just another example of not only the excellent service but Dorian was every bit as polite, funny and informative as the New Car department and it was wonderful to work with him as well. If you need a new Sales Person and are in the market for the number 1 minivan in the market, I highly recommend contacting Joe. I am still in shock at how smooth our car buying experience was. Hendrick Honda has earned a customer for a long long time to come. I can't wait to be taking our children to buy a car years from now. I know that Joe and Gus and the rest will treat us right! More
