Every time I'm looking for a car Hendrick is the first place that I go and it's where I seem to always end up because they treat me like family there. Everyone is easy to talk to, knowlegeable about their products, and friendly. Car buying really shouldn't be a hassle and they go out of their way to make it easy and hassle-free. When I go to visit Andrew I don't even consider him a salesman, instead I consider him a friend. I know he's going to be straight forward with me and not just tell me what I want to hear or withhold information from me so he can benefit from it. If you need a new car, Andrew is definitely the guy you want to visit. You'll never use another salesman. As for the business end of the deal, I worked with Tony Hansford to get all of my paper work done and he was great. Tony is a class act and I felt like I had known him for all of my life. It never felt like we were doing business, instead it felt like we were just hanging out and catching up on old times. I'll be back to buy many more cars from Hendrick Honda. More

When my car was in the shop, he helped not only explain what was going on with my car, provided education, and presented me with clear options. He helped guide me in the process of trading-in my old car for a new one. You can't beat the 0.9% financing on a new car. Sean McLane (Sales Mgr) spoke with my dad during the negotiation stage, and I was very impressed with how he treated my dad with respect, honesty and patience and I believe, gave us the best deal possible. Manny Dasilva (Sales and Leasing consultant) was such a great help in filling out all the paperwork, answered all my questions, and continues to make sure that I don't hesitate to call him if I need anything. Manny is very personable and kind. He is someone I can count on to respond quickly to a request or question. Charles Beard (finance) made signing all those papers so quick and easy, and also made sure I understood everything I was signing. Ryan Narus (Sales staff) was one of the first sales people I made contact with when I came to see which color I liked best. He was personable and very helpful. I am very thankful to have found such a trusted dealership that will continue to take care of my new car needs. I would recommend Hendrick Honda to any and everyone! More

This is my 3rd purchase from Hendrick Honda. There are other dealerships closer, but none better. Before making this purchase, we had priced the Odyssey at two other dealerships. For the price the others wanted for an EX-L, we were able to upgrade to a Touring model. We have Guy Forbes to thank for that! He's the best! He has the unique ability to make you feel like family. He actually makes purchasing a car fun. Kelvin Parsons, our salesman, couldn't have been nicer. Even after the sale was complete, he took the time to explain all the features of the vehicle and even set up the Blue Tooth and XM radio stations! Hendrick Honda is a large dealership, but you're never lost in the crowd. With each purchase, we've found them to be very fair and trustworthy. We will certainly entrust all future purchases to them.
