We were referred to Greg Thomas at Hendrick Honda by a friend. And wow what a guy he and Shaun McLane worked very hard to get us exactly what we wanted from the right price to the best deal possible on ou friend. Trust me we looked at a lot of other dealerships and car lots none were willing to do the deal we wanted. At the end of the deal you go to sign the paperwork and that has always been the most painful part to me, not the case at Hendrick Honda Tony Hansford made us feel very comfortable and informed. Let's face it, there are a lot of car makers and even more car dealers. Some have nice buildings and a few have extensive inventory, and Hendrick Honda qualifies on both accounts, but where they really more car dealers. My wife and I helped a friend shop for a car last year and were impressed by the professionalism of Manny DaSilva (Sales) and Sean McLane. So when I needed a vehicle I knew who to see. What makes a true professional stand out above the ordinary salesperson? First of all, he listens. Manny does that very well. His dedication is more toward serving the customer than meeting some imposed quota. I found his product knowledge to be strong and his confidence to be is considerate rather than cocky. He listened to my needs and concerns, and from his experience and knowledge helped me through the product selection, pricing and financing with practical guidance rather than pressure. That alone saved me many hours. He earned my trade. Honda has a very reputable name, and Manny Dasilva is a credit to the Honda name. It should be no surprise that Honda put a "gold" status on his business card. A professional can be at his best with a surrounding team. When it came time for the closing documents, Manny put me with Darrin Boatwright, who was very courteous. I'm happy with the folks Hendrick has on South Boulevard.
