Hendricks Honda on South Blvd. has that WOW! factor. I visited a Hendricks Dealership in another city and was shocked by the poor quality of service and disrespect. After a quick online search for a vehicle, my wife and I ended up on South Blvd. We testified about our experience over the telephone and when we arrived "our" vehicle was out front and ready for the test drive. To make a long story short, we purchased our new vehicle at a great price and to make up for the poor service of another dealership, they threw in free leather seats and a few other freebies. Kudos to Corey Reynolds and Nate Pearson for taking care of us!!!! I'd recommend Hendricks Honda on South Blvd. to anybody!!! I'm loving the Pilot!!! More
As a "not so pleased" past sales customer, I was prepared to be schmoozed when I discovered I was going to need a new Honda. The manager of Compact Cars encouraged me to call Sean Smith, so I did. Sean made such a wonderful impression on me that I bought my car from him and feel like I received a very decent price. Sean was not disappointed with my trade-in (definitely not a car that can be easily resold) and worked with me to get a fair amount for this car. He discussed different options with me, let me choose my car according to my needs, and did not pressure me towards the most expensive line. Sean also sold me on financing, and got me a better deal than what was available through my credit union. Sean was always friendly, easy to talk to, and was easy to trust. He was able to get the car I wanted within two days. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking an honest, "no pressure" sales consultant. to contact Sean Smith. He was very kind and quite knowledgeable about the Honda brand. I knew just after a short time that I was going to be leaving the dealership with a new car. I had my 2000 Honda Civic inspected here today, after having it inspected and rejected as incomplete four times by AAA. I didn't even buy the vehicle at this dealership, or even from Honda, but the consu having it inspected and rejected as incomplete four times by AAA. I didn't even buy the vehicle at this dealership, or even from Honda, but the consultants were very friendly and happily took my vehicle in to get inspected, found the issue the first time, and I walked away the very same day completely satisfied. Plus there were free hamburgers. This place is great and they will not swindle you at all! More
We received a marketing flyer from Hendricks Honda on South Blvd. inviting us to a special buyback and sale that was being held at the location beginning tomorrow, 6/21 through Saturday only. The flyer indicated that they would offer you the base MSRP for any vehicle you have from 1991 - 2010 for the year that the car was made minus up to $.50 p/ mile over the standard 12K miles p/ yr. We have a 2005 Nissan Quest, MSRP for the base model that yr. was listed as $23,200 and it has about 117K on it, but it is in great running condition, looks good and is an SL, not a base model. They also included a check for up to 8K to put towards the purchase of a new or used car on their lot. This all looked really good, a bit too good, but the advertisement stated that even if you owe more on your current vehicle than it is worth, this offer would overcome that barrier to buying a car. So, my husband went over there today with our three kids to see what the process was all about and to be certain what the provisions were with this offer. Basically, it was another "bait-n-switch", which we should have been expecting. They took all of the mileage 117K at about $.17 p/ mile off what they would give us for the car, so offered only 4K, which was not how the advertisement read and told us initially that this offer was only good for the purchase of a new car, which was also not what the advertisement said. I get that they need to make money too, but don't send out this kind of advertisement if you are not going to honor it. We read all of the small print and nothing in that small print said anything about limiting the buy back of your vehicle to Kelly Blue Book, if that was the case, we would have not even went in to talk with them. It was a waste of my husband's time, 90 minutes and my kids, who did great as they waited had to sit through this farce as well. SHAME ON YOU HENDRICKS! I will make sure everyone I know hears about this practice and you will certainly not see us buying from Hendricks in the future and we did go there with the intention of buying a car, had a check ready and everything. We will continue to work with Modern Nissan, they were straight forward, never lured us in with this type of shady, "used car tactic" and we knew where we stood with them and what they could do for us. We aren't looking for free, but we do expect to be treated with respect and for a company to honor what they advertise....Hendricks did neither. More

Was looking for a car for my son and I was trying to locate a sales person to speak with. The only interaction I had at this location was with a lady names Brenda. This was the most fun I've ever had waiting for a car being serviced. In honor of Memorial Day weekend all customers were offered complimentary Hamburgers and Hotdogs fresh off the grill and all the Che being serviced. I enjoyed the beautiful Tropical Fish tank, the huge flat screen TV, looking at the new vehicles and got a snoot full of New Car Smell. There was a Motorcyle I fell in love with, a VT750 Honda Shadow, in flat black. There were quite a few customers milling around outside. ... strangers were having great conversation with one another. There was an old Honda Z in the display room that brought back memories. As if I hadn't had a great time already, it was all topped off with a complimentary Car Wash. I purchased a used BMW from this dealership in April. Everything was great that first day; everyone was nice and willing to help. It's the post sale support that quickly disappeared. The car was missing floor mats and and a clip for the bumper which were listed on a "we owe you" once the deal was closed. After mutliple calls and 3 two and a half hour drives to the dealership, I still do not have my mats or clip. It has been over a month now and not sure it I'll ever see them. Not the type of customer support I expected. Added 5/22/13: Drove to dealerships and met the Sales Manager. He looked me in the eye and promised the mats and clip would be delivered that day to the dealership and he would he would UPS them directly to me. Friday 5/24 i received and email from the salesman stating that the reason i had not received the mats was because they were on back order, but he would send out "all weather mats" instead. More
