"Smart and Personal Approach" Jess Johnson was the salesperson who helped me with my recent purchase of a Honda Odyssey. She is pleasant, professional, and competent without being overbearing. She answered all questions quickly and completely. Once I had made the purchase, Jess spent a great deal of time orienting me to the new car and all its features. She has since followed up with me to make sure I am satisfied with my purchase. Hendrick’s is fortunate to have her in their sales department. When it was time to negotiate the price of the car, I was introduced to Sean McLane. I had done my research prior to car shopping and did not want to spend any more time than necessary. Sales games are wasted on me. Sean is a polished sales person/negotiator. He initially made a suggestion about the negotiating process which would have necessitated my returning to the dealership before getting a price. When he realized I had no interest in that, he quickly revised his approach. I didn’t buy the car on the spot, but, when I left, I had all the information I needed to make a decision. Without that, I may well have purchased from the dealership I had previously purchased from. More
