Jim Burrows is THE BEST Jim Burrows, in one visit, gave me the best experience at Hendrick Honda, since I've been going for the past 2 years. He was knowledgeable, but also w Jim Burrows, in one visit, gave me the best experience at Hendrick Honda, since I've been going for the past 2 years. He was knowledgeable, but also willing to educate the customer. He was friendly and courteous, but not the fake kind. He was genuinely happy to help me, and made my 6yo feel most welcome. I have never had a better experience at any service department, in the 20 years I've been a licensed driver. I would recommend ANYONE and EVERYONE get a Jim Burrows experience at Hendrick Honda. I know my vehicle is in good hands with this gentleman. From now on, I only want to deal with Jim Burrows. More
