Hendrick Honda

This was my second purchase with Jess Johnson and Sean McLane. They are wonderful very helpful I knew that they had my best interest in mind. Both experiences with them was very pleasuralbe. I have to admit I dreaded the first time coming in to buy my vehicle but it turned out to be a good experience. I just upgraded my Pilot; Jess and Sean made it smooth and easy. They have taken good care of us. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to them. We are very happy with our experience. More

While I have always had great experiences with Hendrick's service dept I was equally impressed with the service I recieved during the purchase of my new car. This was the first time I had to make an auto purchase on my own and they truly made the experience a favorable one. Vickie went above and beyond to make sure I was happy in my new car, and even moved all my belongings from my trade-in to my new car for me. She made sure that I was able to come back and get my car cleaned so that it worked with my schedule because I had to get back to work the day of my purchase.
