Hendrick Honda

My sister and I drove on the Hendrick Honda, South Boulevard lot just to look at cars. Was greeted by salesman Ned Hindi. He listened to what I was looking for and proceeded to show me some cars. We went for a test drive and he was very informative in all aspects of the vehicle. We talked price and payments and I said I needed to think about it. I went to other dealerships in and outside of Charlotte and learned a lot about purchasing a car. Was offered many deals at other dealerships but came back to Hendrick and Mr Hindi. Made the deal on a new 2012 CRV and had to wait while they found the color I wanted. I was using my son's car while waiting for mine and Hendrick loaned me a new car to drive in the meantime. My car came on April 13 and was called to come and sign papers to finalize the sale. I will say I was very nervous and apprehensive that day. I am a single, senior, blonde female and it was Friday the 13th. I had a lot of teasing at work that I was going to be "eaten alive". When I got to the dealership Mr. Hindi let me drive my new car and went over all the features on the car. When we went to finalize the sale, everything went very smooth. I was offered extra add on products for the car and had the option to accept or refuse. No pressure whatsoever. The young man in Finance, I think Derick, was very helpful in explaining all the financial part of the sale. No surprises and all that was agreed on previously. I left feeling very happy about the whole process and will certainly recommend Mr Ned Hindi as a very conscientious sales person. THANK YOU NED! More
