I went back two days later, on my way to Volvo, to see what they would trade my car in for. Chip showed me a CRV that just came off the truck, made a great deal, and I never made it to Volvo. Chip has a great personality and does not push you to buy anything. He knows what he's selling, explains the car to you, and is still available at any time by phone or by coming by to help you learn your car more. More

Helpful with airbag inflator I continue to use Hendrick Honda because of their outstanding service department. When I got my second recall notice for another faulty airbag inflat I continue to use Hendrick Honda because of their outstanding service department. When I got my second recall notice for another faulty airbag inflator, (both front seat airbags had bad inflators,) the dealership handled them both quickly and professionally. Dave Thomas made sure my car was fixed and did so in a very timely manner. Still a happy customer. More
