Good experience, but did not go the extra mile. I would give them 5 stars but they fell short of my high expectations in 2 areas. 1. Left my wife's car there the whole day for a service. When I I would give them 5 stars but they fell short of my high expectations in 2 areas. 1. Left my wife's car there the whole day for a service. When I got it back it had not been washed. It's not a big deal but my VW dealership I take my car to washes the vehicle every time I take it there unless I ask them not to 'cos of time. It is a nice touch, and a mark of a dealership that goes the extra mile. 2. This was a little annoying, but they take the car key off the set of keys when you drop the car off, then give you just the car key back, and the set of keys are left in the car. Not a huge deal, but it would be nice if they could reattach the key to the set before they return the car. Again not a big deal, but why not go the extra mile and just do it. If they want a 5 star rating, then they need to address those 2 issues. Otherwise all employees were very friendly, and all other aspects of my visit were fantastic. More
