Overall, we had an EXCELLENT experience with this dealership & our SALESMAN!! He was awesome, very attentive & super nice. I had been recommended to this dealership due to the customer services and price they offer. Like most of the car buyers, this is a big decision and I did not want to be rushed, but I was looking for p customer services and price they offer. Like most of the car buyers, this is a big decision and I did not want to be rushed, but I was looking for person who would honestly assist me. As recommended by a friend, I went to Hendrick honda and met with Ned. Ned is a thorough gentleman, who had not only provided me with guidance on various cars, but took me through various cars testing, bearing with patience with my questions. Both me and my wife, tested cars at leisure and through several days of to and fro and at our own pace without Ned pressurizing us in buying a car in a way a sales man would do; Ned allowed us to feel the comfort and ease of buying a car, educated us with various options and models with pros and cons, and assisted us in getting a very good deal. Overall, the management team as well worked with us to ensure we had a good deal and made a process much easier and got the car I wanted. I look forward for the next purchase to be at Hendrick Honda and very much looking forward to work with Ned. More

From the second that I walked through the door I was greeted with huge smiles and firm handshakes that made me feel at ease. Was very nervous about buying my first car, but after just fifteen minutes I felt as if I had known Sean Smith my whole life. Everyone looked so happy to be a work and very friendly to not only me but each other as well. TEAM WORK is the key!
