When my wife and I visited the TrueCar.com website advertised on TV inquiring about purchasing a new Honda Accord LXP we were called and e-mailed from many Honda Dealers in the Charlotte, North Caroli advertised on TV inquiring about purchasing a new Honda Accord LXP we were called and e-mailed from many Honda Dealers in the Charlotte, North Carolina area. One person who called us was Mr Sam Anders with Hendricks Honda. Sam asked if their price quote was compatiable with others we had received. When we replied we had received a lower price from another dealer, Sam said he would check with his supervisors and get right back to us. Within 10 minutes Sam called us back and met the lower price quote from another Honda dealer. We set-up an appointment with Sam at Hendricks Honda and went to see him. Once we met Sam, we realized what a great pleasure he was to deal with. Not only did he reduce the stress level one has with buying a new car, Sam made the whole process truly an enjoyment. He met all of our requirements, and personally made sure everything was satisfactory for us. When the new Honda Accord was delivered, Sam made every effort to show us every detail about the car from the tires to the engine. He even helped us to install all weather floor mats we purchased from the dealer to save our carpet ones due to it still being winter weather. In doing this he accidently cut open his hand on a sharp object under the seat. We felt so bad about it, yet Sam said it was nothing and for us not to worry about it after he washed it and applied a bandage. In summary we would not hesitate to buy another car from Sam Anders. He stuck to his promises and looked out for us during the entire buying process. What a wonderful experience. Sam Anders we feel is a true Asset to Hendricks Honda. More

This was our second purchase from Hendrick Honda. The first was a Odyssey van. This purchase was a Hyundai with trading in a honda civic. It was a transfer car and our salesman, Greg Thomas, was very accomodating in getting the car sent from another dealership in SC. A little problem with the check engine light kept us from getting the car right away. Hendrick Honda went out of their way to get this problem taken care of at their expense. Greg was great in keeping me informed each day of the progress until we could pick the car up. Everything was handled very quickly and professionally. I will certainly purchase my next CRV from Greg! I know I can go to numerous places closer, but I feel like I am taken care of here. My latest trip Frank, the service manager, went the extra mile to complete a repair that his team was honest enough to disclose that they may have caused. (It was a minor screw that would not thread properly in the oil pan). They let me know upfront what was happeneing and repaired it at no cost to me once I started experiencing leaks.
