Not only did i get the car of my dreams i also have payments that i can afford, and it will be paid off in little time. The finance department is great. I thank you guys for a second chance. This was our second purchase from Hendrick Honda. The first was a Odyssey van. This purchase was a Hyundai with trading in a honda civic. We have always been a "Honda family" but our daughter needed a first was a Odyssey van. This purchase was a Hyundai with trading in a honda civic. We have always been a "Honda family" but our daughter needed a car that would better handle mountain driving. She had limited funds and came across this car on Hendrickcars.com. It was a transfer car and our salesman, Greg Thomas, was very accomodating in getting the car sent from another dealership in SC. A little problem with the check engine light kept us from getting the car right away. Hendrick Honda went out of their way to get this problem taken care of at their expense. Greg was great in keeping me informed each day of the progress until we could pick the car up. Everything was handled very quickly and professionally. I will certainly purchase my next CRV from Greg! Like so many of the other customers who have written a review, I am most pleased with Hendrick Honda and drive all the way from South Rock Hill for something as easy as an oil change. I know I can go to numerous places closer, but I feel like I am taken care of here. My latest trip Frank, the service manager, went the extra mile to complete a repair that his team was honest enough to disclose that they may have caused. (It was a minor screw that would not thread properly in the oil pan). They let me know upfront what was happeneing and repaired it at no cost to me once I started experiencing leaks. Upon entering this dealership, I was greeted with great professionalism. I was asked a few questions and guided into the right direction for cars that may interest me. After deciding what I wanted, Sean was very helping and prompt on providing me the best price for the vehicle. He handled my paperwork in a quick and efficient manner and made my car buying process very smooth. He kept me updated on how long it would take to get everything accomplished. Once all the required paperwork was completed, Sean put my new tag on the car, reassured me that if I ever needed anything to call him, and congratulated me and wished me well. I would recommend this dealership and Sean Smith to anybody that is in the market for a new and/or used vehicle. The service is great as well as the selection of cars. I would like to personally let you know how pleased my daughter and I are with the excellent service and high quality repair provided by Darron McCullough in the Hendick Honda Collison Center. My daughter daughter and I are with the excellent service and high quality repair provided by Darron McCullough in the Hendick Honda Collison Center. My daughter had an accident in her 2009 Civic resulting in severe damage to the rear of the vehicle. Allstate Insurance took nearly 20 days to decide if they were going to fix or total her car. During that time Darron kept us informed with phone call updates nearly every day. He helped ensure that Allstate did not try to put inferior parts on the car. In fact, he helped find the parts needed for the repair and kept it from being a total loss! As mentioned, Allstate took 20 days to come to a decision and after 30 days they refused to cover any further days for the rental car. Again providing support during this very stressful time, Darron covered the rental car expense until the car was repaired. I have purchased two Hondas from Hendick Honda and one BMW from Hendick BMW and have had to use the collision center in the past. I have had excellent results with the previous repairs and I am very pleased with the repairs of the Civic. I have always expressed my gratitiude for the service excellence provided by the staff at the Hendick Honda Collision, but this time Darron demonstrated outstanding care and attention to the needs of us and the repair. You have made a father and daughter very happy and customers for life. Please forward to Rick Hendrick, so he will know how well his staff is performing at the South Boulevard location.
