I am a lifer at Hendrick and have been servicing my car their for years as well as buying new ones. Always a good experience although frankly I never remember the name of the person that sold me the car. their for years as well as buying new ones. Vickie helped me out early one morning when frankly no one else was there. I was getting out of a car recently purchased that I was not happy with and wasn't sure if I just wanted out or wanted to get something different. She took a big interest in helping me and you could tell she cared, was empathetic and you could just tell that she was going to do anything to make me a happy person. She worked hard to bring me around and then put me in a Honda Pilot which I never thought I wanted to even test drive after having purchased 4 accord's before. She thought I really would like it and frankly I immediately trusted both her opinion and her understanding of the product. Suffice it to say I would highly recommend Vickie to anyone who wants a both a positive and lasting sales experience.She works very hard making sure you are happy as frankly I don't believe she could get through her day knowing otherwise.
