We had looked carefully at the Honda Pilot at the Fall, 2011 auto show at the Charlotte Convention Center. During the show we had the chance to compare a number of midsized SUV's and liked the look of the 2011 auto show at the Charlotte Convention Center. When we learned that Rebecca Hinson, daughter-in-law of some friends, is employed as a sales consultant at Hendrick Honda, I made an appointment and visited the showroom. Rebecca was knowledgeable and very helpful. She took a significant amount of her day to allow both my wife and me to test drive the vehicle, and when it was ready for delivery. She answered all our questions and introduced us to the remarkably intricate technology features of our Pilot Touring edition. We were delighted with our experience at Hendrick Honda (it's our second purchase of a new Honda from Hendrick Honda)and with Rebecca Hinson, who I believe has a bright future. More

When I walked onto the Honda lot, I was only there to compare and confirm my decision to purchase a Toyota. Hello there. I went to the dealership just to see the prices of a civic and check out vin numbers for my insurance. Not there to purchase a car at all! But while there I thought maybe sit in one and see how they are. Again not to buy anything, I was even against saying my name. So Vickie had her hands full with talking me into buying a car. I found the civic to be not so friendly with tall people built like Fred Flinston. So onto the Accord. But all throughout the visit, Vickie acted more as a friendly person rather than a pushy salesperson. A very good person and great at hammering out a deal that you just can't walk away from. To me this dealership is very friendly and knows there products. If you want to buy a car then Vickie is someone you should talk to. As the day ended I drove off the lot with a new Accord. We visited before Christmas to inquire about the new CRVs and worked with Ellis McDowell, who informed us about the status of the new CRVs and showed us a 2011 Pilot, which we took for a test drive. We decided to wait and see the new CRV, and after Christmas we received a call that you had received several and invited us to come look at them. Joseph Garmati assisted us on our second visit and did a great job of describing all the features and options of the new car, and took us for a test drive. We loved the car, but decided we wanted a AWD with navigation in the green color, which you didn't have. Sean McLane spoke with us and got involved in our deal, helping to quickly find the vehicle we wanted and take care of some other special requests we had to add side molding, the car mat package and luggage rails. Joseph and Sean were also very fair and professional in arriving at a trade in price for our 2005 SUV. We decided to purchase and somehow Sean was able to quickly get the car we wanted even though other customers were also seeking the same one because it was a newly released model. We finalized our deal with Charles Beard, who did an excellent job of explaining the extra warranty and maintenance plans that you offer - without any pressure or slick tactics to get us to buy something we didn't want. (We decided to buy both a warranty and maintenance plan.) So, overall, it was a great experience and we appreciated the friendly and professional attitude of your team members from start to finish.
