I'd been working with Andrew for a few months prior to the approaching expiration of my lease. During our appointment, he'd asked Tony to look after me while he'd finished with some clients. Tony was polite, listened very well, never interrupted, asked good questions, knew his product, had great recall and was not pushy. He has a friendliness about him that puts you at ease and makes you feel comfortable right away; what you see is what you get. Both he and Sean were able to put me into a 2012 Accord that I purchased with the parameters I wanted and needed. I was thrilled with the deal I'd gotten but most of all I was thrilled to get the car I wanted to own. I would recommend the dealership and it's staff to anyone but above all, I'd recommend Tony. I went to Hendrick Honda on February 2, 2011 this year to get prices on a potential trade of my Lexus 430 for a Honda 4WD Pilot. Alex, my sales guy is always the most friendly and I genuinely get the impression that he wants whats best for me...the finance manager Dorian was incredible and Scott the Sales manager was very down to earth and I got the impression that he was absolutely working with me in every regard. I can't recommend this dealership any higher...I own my own business and I can tell you....these folks are for real!!! The employees are the reason this business is so sucessful but that didn't happen without the guiding principle established by Mr.Hendricks...ALWAYS treat the customer right and they will be back... Our journey at Hendrick Honda today 12/14/2011 started with Mr Gus Forbes- GSM, who greeted my son and I with the warmest welcome ever and made us Feel welcome at his facility. We missed our appointment with another manager and Ms Melissa Evans-Sales welcomed us to the facility, made a few calls and showed us the vehicles we were there to see. Ms Evans also allowed us to test drive one of the vehicles on the lot and explained all of the features on both vehicles. She was extremely knowlegble and help us with all of our questions and concerns. Ms Evans made a few more calls and put us in touch with a dynamic team of managers and sales representatives who took excellent care of us. We were introduced to a dynamic individual, Mr Sean McLane Sales Mgr who is friendly, caring, and extremely helpful who made us a promised and along with a team of managers delivered all that he promised and more. And, our wonderful and incredible Sales Representative Mr. Richard Peacock who was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, caring and listened to every detail of my needs and what I was looking for in the vehicle. He explained everything we ask in detail, kept in tune with what we wanted, needed and helped us to stay within our means. I got the care and the car that I was looking for and much more. Mr. McLane and Mr Peacock took care of us from the beginning to the end of the purchase and I have never had that kind of service at any facility ever.
