For your information, if you are reading this, I despise survey questionnaires of this kind. I think they are demeaning to employees, and insulting to customers. I have had considerable experience with questionnaires in the course of my professional career, and I know that they are nearly worthless as sources of information. For example: as regards automobile service, only two ratings are realistically possible: Satisfactory, and Unsatisfactory. In addition, asking me to connect this with social media is an insult. I am completing this only because Mr. Sanford has assisted me capably several times over the years, and I would not want him to be penalized for absence of a review. More
