So this time we came back to them when it was time to trade in our Jeep Grand Che from Hendrick Honda and they did a great job then (2.5 years ago). As I have told many of my friends and have related to Hendrick personnel , Hendrick is the best dealership I have ever been associated with. This includes new car sales and Hendrick service! Of special note for my most recent purchase is Chris Wilson. He understood what I was looking for, gave me ideas to consider, and allowed me time to consider my options. When I was ready to decide on the vehicle and the options, he and the Hendrick management team put forward a deal which I found attractive. Gus Forbes has always been there when I was making the deals. His interest in me and his effort to get the right deal has been what I expect but is most often not provided by other dealerships. I will not need a new car for the near future but when I do I will be back to Hendrick to satisfy that need. More
