We purchased a used Honda Accord for my 17yo daughter, and in less then 8 months we(she) had to put almost 3K into the vehicle. I don't feel they ever truly did an inspection on it. I spoke to Joe G., and submitted all our receipts and it's been over 1 month and he will not respond to any emails or voicemails. Then I called and asked to speak to his boss, and I have left 2 messages for him as well (Shane or Sean). Professionally and respectfully, they should have at least responded. I am highly disappointed,and this has caused my poor daughter a lot of stress. I usually only post GOOD ot GREAT experiences, but this is just despicable. We are good people, esp women... and I feel we were taken advantage of. So disappointing!!!!! More
