The service center and our service advisor are top notch. They not only kept us informed, but provided us with a video showing us what the found when inspecting our car and looking into the issue we reported They not only kept us informed, but provided us with a video showing us what the found when inspecting our car and looking into the issue we reported. We found this to be extremely helpful. The service scheduling is easy to do online and when our advisor saw that I had selected a service that would need additional prep, she called well before the appointment to let me know that we would need to schedule that for a different day. We were able to get that set up easily and she clearly explained the instructions to us so the car would be ready for the mechanics when we came in for that service. More
