I was very pleased with the service department and the service advisor Glen Barker. Being a 72 year old lady that knows nothing about cars, Mr. Barker listened to my concerns and helped me make decisions service advisor Glen Barker. He got the technician to go over the car and make suggestions on what he felt like truly should be done at this time. Having used Hendrick Honda for many years and Mr. Barker in the past, I feel as if he listened, and we did what I needed to do.
