I moved to Charlotte from upstate NY and have always been worried about finding another dealership with the same kind people as back home. I had no idea where to bring it, and my Geico insurance person recommended this place. I called them, and everyone (especially Jessica and John) I've spoken to so far has been extremely nice and responsive. I appreciate their communication, especially after such a scary event with my car getting broken into. I have not received my car yet, but I have high hopes for the results. I will be sure to post an updated review once I get my car back, but so far I have to rate their communication and kindness 5 stars! More
