The people that assisted me yesterday and today were great! They were very tentative and were not dismissive. However, the last two times, one week after an oil change, I went to ask for assistance th great! They were very tentative and were not dismissive. However, the last two times, one week after an oil change, I went to ask for assistance the people were not very helpful. Twice my light came on for my tire and they insisted nothing was wrong. And, twice there was a nail in the tire. As a customer since 2008, The Honda on Bruton Smith Blvd, Charlotte NC had never been dismissive.
