When my wife and I first arrived to trade in our Hyundai, I was really nervous and expected to need to be forceful with what I thought I needed. She listened as we went through why we decided to trade our Hyundai in and what we were looking for. She was genuine and enthusiastic which definitely helped with the nervousness I was feeling. She happily walked us through several different cars and test drives that fit what we were looking for and it really felt like she knew what she was talking about. Throughout the entire time we were there, she continued to be relatable and kept us comfortable. After looking at a few cars, we finally settled on a 2023 Honda Civic.... And it's amazing. Great color, looks fantastic, interior looks amazing and comes with all the bells and whistles. Stacey was an absolute joy to work with and really made us feel at home. More
