I brought our two CR-V's into get an oil change because I found out Hendrick Honda performs that service at a much better price than my mechanic and HE charges less than the franchise oil changing places. Marc Mounts explained everything in detail on what they did, found during the courtesy inspection, presented the findings and let ME decide what I wanted to do...he never tried to "upsell" the service.
