I arrived at 11:00 A. M. for my appointment. I was sent a text with a link to track the process. After two and a half hours work was started on my vehicle. Work was complet M. for my appointment. I was sent a text with a link to track the process. After two and a half hours work was started on my vehicle. Work was completed and I received an invoice four hours after my arrival. I had an oil change, tire rotation, brake and transmission fluid changes. I suggest that the customer be notified that due to backlog work would not actually start for two and a half hours; so he or she could arrive closer to actual start of work. I my case that would have been around 1:30 P.M. More
