I found it hard to get information from her, or in a timely manner. This requested information was never provided, which ultimately led to dealing with Paul Madden instead. Conversely, Paul was very professional and helpful in explaining the process as we moved through it. He also offered me several options during the finance process, which were also welcomed. All in all, the car buying experience between these two guys, with the help of Matt Agosto, could not have gone more smoothly. I think I got a pretty good deal. I wanted a color they didn't have and was able to get one from another dealership through them. Only thing I can say negative is that I was not aware that meant the car w didn't have and was able to get one from another dealership through them.
