I was not emotionally prepared to buy a new car when I headed to Hendrick Honda that Tuesday afternoon. But I had just been told by a repair shop that my 8-year-old Ford needed a little over $3,000 in rep headed to Hendrick Honda that Tuesday afternoon. But I had just been told by a repair shop that my 8-year-old Ford needed a little over $3,000 in repairs. That's about what the trade-in value was. Declining the repairs, I decided it was time. Paige Suttle greeted me, taking down information. We went for a spin in an Accord, which I didn't like. The driver's seat back was really uncomfortable. I had happily owned an Accord for 12 years prior to 2004, so I was unpleasantly surprised. Not to be deterred, Paige thought I might like the Civic. Out we went again. As soon as I sat down, it felt right. That's the car I bought. From the beginning Paige was helpful and supportive. I never felt like she was trying to do a hard sell, and I really appreciated that. There are plenty of sales people who could take lessons from her. Walking me through the financing part was easy and painless. She's a good listener. Follow up from Hendrick Honda has been excellent. I recommend this company wholeheartedly. More
Paige Suttle was outstanding. She met us on the lot while we were looking at the Pilots. As we were discussing the pilot another one of her customers came in and she graciously handed them over to ano while we were looking at the Pilots. As we were discussing the pilot another one of her customers came in and she graciously handed them over to another sales person and stayed with us. She was willing to do that despite the fact that the second customer purchased a vehicle and she only got 1/2 of that sale. As we progressed with the pilot discussion, we totally changed our minds and began looking at the Accord. Paige never showed any frustration by our decision and she was very supportive as we looked at several Accords. After a couple test drives and a look at the cars on the lot, we settled on an Accord Touring. It's an outstanding car and I don't think we would have ended up leasing the vehicle had it not been for Paige's patience and input. The car needed window tinting and door guards and we wanted the stripe removed and Paige arranged all of it to be done on the Monday after the Saturday that we signed the lease. Excellent customer service and focus and I recommended that my daughter contact Paige to see if she could help with her car situation. I was pleased with all aspects of the lease--from the sales to the leasing input to the signing of all the documents. Ron More
We had done research before coming to the dealership and knew we wanted a Honda Fit. Frank G was most helpful in helping us decide on the package (Sport with automatic transmission). You didn't have the model we wanted in the color we decided on. When it became obvious it would take a while to get "our" car, Frank offered to let my wife use one of the "service" cars. After living as a week as a 1 car family, we took him up on the offer. We picked up the "service" car on Tuesday and kept it until we picked up pur new Fit on Saturday at no charge other than to replace the gas we used. We feel that Frank provided excellent customer service and purchasing this car with his help was a good experience. We would definitely recommend this dealership and Frank G to anyone looking for a new car. More

He was never pushy with requests, nor did he ever (I apologize if this is too far) feed me a line of crap or tell me what I liked. If he didn't know the answer, he admitted it without possibly giving me incorrect information and even researched some specific questions for me. We had three issues that we wanted fixed before purchasing our used vehicle and Thomas made sure they got done. Overall, he just seemed like a humbled person that legitimately wanted to help us more than himself. Easily the best experience I have had at a dealership. More
