From the excellent service at the repair center of Hendrick Honda, I knew it was the place to buy my next Honda. When I decided to purchase my new Accord, due work and family obligations, I was unable to devote much time. I consulted the Internet Site and Matt Depaulis contacted me. I was in contact with Matt over a month. Matt was always prompt answering my questions, not pushy, respectful, great to work with, making the car buying experience anxiety free. I purchased my 2012 Honda Accord SE and LOVE it. Also of importance, I received a great deal on my trade and a great final price. Matt was very efficient with my time. My husband was unhappy with his first vehicle(Honda Civic) however, it was economical at the time of purchase. Ms. Paige Suttle, promised Sheldon that if she could ever upgrade him to a larger vehicle Civic) however, it was economical at the time of purchase. Paige Suttle was an exceptional person whom my wife and i had the pleasure to meet. She went well beyond her means to ensure that we were well satisfied with our new Honda CRV. I would highly recommend this team in purchasing a vehicle. Also, for several years my CR-V has been serviced at Hendrick Honda and I highly recommend their excellent Service Department.
