My recent experience with Hendrick Honda was very unpleasant. The words that would best describe my experience are frustrating, confusing, and a waste of time. I went to Hendrick Honda of Charleston for a battery replacement. Once I got there they took me right away which was great. The whole process only took around 20-30 minutes which was also a plus.
