In the past, my experiences with auto purchases has been awful at best with me not feeling like I had the room to make the best decision for me. Brett was very good about putting me at ease and was thorough in responding to my initial requests and concerns even before I stepped a foot on the lot. While there, Brett listened attentively...provided me with some great insights and several options based on what I had indicated were my priorities and needs.
