The reason for my bad overall experience was because I had asked for my tires to be rotated and after getting home realized they were not, also I was told I have a possible oil leak and there is no oil dr had asked for my tires to be rotated and after getting home realized they were not, also I was told I have a possible oil leak and there is no oil dripping on the ground when I pull out of my spot. I felt as though they were trying to get me to spend more money than I had too. As for the price, I had a coupon for $14.95. This issue has nothing to do with Greg it is the service department that received this end result. More

His pricing was good and this resulted in us purchasing the car with a minimum of effort. When I decided to downsize, I immediately decided to try to work with Hendricks Honda since I was very interested in the Fit and had done considerable research about the car. Foremost, I was interested in reliability, mileage and the Fit's storage capacity. Frank Giovannone was very cordial,informative and professional. Even though I did have my husband with me, I felt that Frank was talking to me. I think that the price was fair; since this was a used car I also was concerned with warranty issues. \\ I hope to have a great Honda experience. More
This was the second time I worked with Paige and she was amazing again! I loved her. She did everything she possibly could to get me in the car that I wanted. She was personable and funny, as well as sup amazing again! I loved her. She did everything she possibly could to get me in the car that I wanted. She was personable and funny, as well as super knowledgeable and informative about all the vehicles. When it came time to finance the vehicle even though he was the only finance guy there, Mr Bowers (who had been working his tail off and hadn't even had a bathroom break since I arrived around 1pm - it was nearly 6pm) had an amazing attitude and walked me through all the paperwork, explaining everything beyond my satisfaction. He helped me get a great sales rate and advised me on the best finance options available for my situation. I would ABSOLUTELY go back, and recommend both of them to my friends. Recently, we saw a black 2008 Honda Accord on your website, and decided to take a look. The 2008 was more of the body style and color that we were looking for. We have never traded in a car so soon after purchasing (the 2005), but Sam made the transaction very easy and painless. The staff was very very friendly. The labor seems pricey compared to how little the parts cost but no one likes dropping $1200 on a car at one time. Kelly is awesome. She seemedto be one of the more high pressure sales people I have worked with. That didn't affect my own purchase because I had a good plan of attack for my purchasing process. It was really nice that at 2045 she was still willing to help move all of my personal belongings between vehicles. Bernard was disgruntled he was working so late. It was nice that he neglected to offer any extended warranty coverages, but I am sure that is against Honda policy. His one word answers and poor demeanor made for a horrible experience. More
