Worst experience ever with the service dept. Everytime I walked in I felt like I was bothering them. Phone calls and text messages go unreturned or returned in a un-timely fashion. Brought car back 3 times walked in I felt like I was bothering them. Phone calls and text messages go unreturned or returned in a un-timely fashion. Brought car back 3 times after they replaced entire engine. The bill was $1,700 over original estimate. The paper work presented to me had no breakdown for parts labor or even tax. Just a total owed by customer. Kia paid 2000 towards repair however this was not shown on the bill. All parts used were simply put down as warranty. This was a 7 month process for repair to be completed. More
