I am having very bad experience working with this dealership I leased Optima from this dealer and during the discussion, sales team was talking with sugar coated words. But there was many things which were misma I leased Optima from this dealer and during the discussion, sales team was talking with sugar coated words. But there was many things which were mismanaged and uncover later after singing the papers. I am not sure whether this is intentional or not, when i was doing follow up on pending items, tone of all the team members were completely changed. There tone was not at all professional and now i am thinking my self that this was my mistake i stop by Kia - Cary for new car. They don't their lease terms. After singing the lease on smart desk, they asked me sign again manually because numbers were not correctly told to me. its was matter for ~$250 but having huge argument and asked me that you cannot take this car out of showroom rather it was already having ~800 miles because i used it for 7 days. Now recently, i received licence plate for 3 months and when i asked them why it was not told to me during lease discussion, considering it is always 1 year license plan issued for new cars. I have been told go and pay property tax your self. This is my 5 car and i never see that new car is coming with 3 month temporary license plan. This was horrible experience with team. I am feeling myself ashamed and thinking why did i stop by there for new CAR. More

We were impressed by his knowledge of the specific car we'd planned to test drive, features and specs. He was able to answer detailed questions without hesitation. He was never pushy but instead made us feel at ease and not rushed. From the front door to finance, the entire staff was equally phenomenal! We got the car we wanted at a fair price with straightforward communication. We will def make the drive to Hendrick in Cary again! Great atmosphere, great people, great dealership! Thanks, Andrew! Did NOT honor the commitments they made On Jan 21, 2019, I turned in a leased '16 Sedona and then proceeded to lease 2 new vehicles ('19 Sedona & '19 Niro). At the time, the remaining lease On Jan 21, 2019, I turned in a leased '16 Sedona and then proceeded to lease 2 new vehicles ('19 Sedona & '19 Niro). At the time, the remaining lease payment on the '16 was to be taken care of by Hendrick Kia (they knew what it was because Kia Motor Finance (KMF) had told them!). I signed the paperwork and left with new vehicles. A mostly good experience with the exception of the paperwork portion where there was a hard sell on their maintenance plans. I had to repeatedly say no and the gentleman offering simply kept trying to adjust the price and offer again. This was annoying, but a different story. At the end of Jan, about 2 weeks later, I received the final bill for the '16 Sedona and proceeded to forward it to both my sales rep (not sure she works there anymore) and the finance rep (David Miller) that I had worked with. It took a bit, but Hendrick then paid about 1/3 of the final bill. I continued to check in with them via email and phone calls to see if they were going to take care of the remainder of the payment. I also forwarded the adjusted bills I was receiving from KMF. Finally, at the end of March, Kia started calling me and threatening to submit me to collections and ding my credit. So I decided to pay the remainder before that happened. Nothing from Hendrick! Thieves and liars. They most definitely did NOT honor the commitments they made. More
They lie about everything ! We own a Kia soul and received a recall notice. We called them and tried to set up a appointment to get the car fixed under the recall. The lady that answered the phone told us that we bought the car at another dealership so they could not work on it. The letter we received from Kia instructed us to take the car to our local dealership to have it fixed and that any Kia dealer could do the recall. I have worked as a professional auto mechanic for over 30 years so I know for a fact that them saying this was a lie. We called them back later and finally after talking to someone else got an appointment. We then brought the car in and where told that the recall had already been done in April of this year even though the car hadn't been in to the dealer in April so another lie. They then kept our recall notice and other paper work we had to prove that the car needed the fix and wouldn't give it back. We where going to buy a new Telluride in a few weeks because we have been happy with the Soul even though it has had a few minor problems but Hendrick Kia just lost that sale after this. Go some where else. This is how they treated my 80 year old mother and I am sure they will not hesitate to do the same to you. More
