When I came in, the service department was also extremely pleasant and helpful. I understand that even at good businesses, things can sometimes fall through the cracks. What matters most is how they handle it: and, in the end, Hendrick Kia handled it well. Thank you. ------ ORIGINAL REVIEW: I had a very disappointing experience buying my certified pre-owned Kia from this dealership in early May. Immediately after signing all the paperwork, I was abruptly told they only had one key fob for the vehicle. It was unclear whether they had lost the second one or never had it. Either way, they waited until after the sale was finalized to tell me. I followed up multiple times but it was never resolved. More

I purchased a used vehicle from Hendricks Kia last year, well I also purchased a service contract, well I traded the vehicle six months later I contacted the dealership to cancel the service contract, I bee well I also purchased a service contract, well I traded the vehicle six months later I contacted the dealership to cancel the service contract, I been three months trying to get a pro rated refund, I have spoke with Aziz Mustafa several times during the past three months, when he will answer the phone and speak with me, and I have been told the contract had been cancelled and that my refund was in the mail, well I am still waiting and so far I have received nothing. I am rating one star and thats because I could not give a zero. More
