Professional and Committed I had been searching for a car for about 3 weeks when I came across Alex Cranford at Hendrick Kia of Concord. I advised him of what I wanted and that I had been searching for a car for about 3 weeks when I came across Alex Cranford at Hendrick Kia of Concord. I advised him of what I wanted and that my heart was set on this particular car. We found one at a sister location of Hendrick and the pursuit was on. After meeting and having a sit down with Alex, he let me know that that would go and pick the car up for me and we could make the deal happen. Alex, then contacted the dealership where the car was originally located at least to get the actual specs and condition of the car this way to ensure this was the one I wanted and the condition met his and my standards. I can honestly admit that I have never been met with the professionalism, empathy, and respect that Alex showed to me before walking into Hendrick Kia of Concord. After everything fell into place and we completed the transaction and it was time for delivery. Alex, took it upon himself to show me the ins and outs of the car and the functionality of the vehicle. He also has contacted me afterwards about how I am enjoying my new ride and had any problems. This type of customer service and professionalism that I experienced is unrivaled and unmatched. Bad Start But were able to close the deal. So after a few days of dealing with Hoyet Morris over the phone, my family and I came in for an appointment. Hoyet never even came out to greet us and instead sent out another salesman. I understand that he is a manager but I must admit I was a little put off by this (not a good first impression). Frankie took good care of us and helped us with the purchase of our new vehicle. He was very knowledgeable & everyone else at the dealership were great to me and my family (they even fed the kids). Overall this was a pleasant experience and I would recommend this dealership to others. More

Deceptive trade practices, never go to Hendrick I had multiple communications with Hendrick prior to my appointment and each time the rep, Krista Lents, said Hendrick would honor the "truecar.com" p I had multiple communications with Hendrick prior to my appointment and each time the rep, Krista Lents, said Hendrick would honor the "truecar.com" price. She also told me in two different conversations that Hendrick has a o% 72 month financing offering which is not true according to the salesman I spoke with. The salesman would not honor the truecar price after I told him the rep told me in two different conversations that Hendrick would. When the rep called me the day before my appointment to confirm, I asked her again about the truecar price down to dollars and cents and the 0% 72 months, she said Hendrick would honor both. I asked her if this was a tactic just to get me in the door and she said, "no Hendrick stands by the offering." Once at the dealership they did not honor any of it, the best financing was 0% 66 months which is good but not what had been represented to me. I will never go to Hendrick again because they are deceptive and cheat customers. In addition, every one I know and every one I work with is going to know as well. More
