This is the second car Zavier Parris has helped us purchase at Hendrick KIA of Concord, and once again, he knocked it out of the park. Zavier is professional, patient, and genuinely conscientious—but purchase at Hendrick KIA of Concord, and once again, he knocked it out of the park. Zavier is professional, patient, and genuinely conscientious—but also persistent in the best way. Case in point: he practically had to drag me into a test drive. I was ready to skip it, but he insisted, and of course… he was right. That drive sealed the deal. Zavier makes the car-buying experience feel less like a transaction and more like a conversation with someone who actually cares. No pressure, no fluff—just honest guidance and a few good laughs along the way. I truly hope Hendrick KIA continues to challenge Zavier and treat him like the valued employee he clearly is. The real strength of Hendrick Kia in Concord is their people.
