I scheduled a routine maintenance visit, and once work began, I was informed that one of my lug nuts was spinning freely and that my vehicle required five but only had four. Although the necessary parts w began, I was informed that one of my lug nuts was spinning freely and that my vehicle required five but only had four. Although the necessary parts were available, I was told the issue could not be addressed the same day due to time constraints and that I would need to return on another date. Given that I purchased this vehicle new from this dealership, I expected a higher standard of service and a stronger emphasis on safety. Instead, I was required to make an additional hour-long trip for a repair that could have reasonably been completed during the original appointment. When I lightheartedly mentioned them filling my gas tank, the comment was dismissed rather than acknowledged.
