I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, etc. Checked in and was told my car would be ready at 8:40 and that is when it was done. Very efficient operation. My first visit to Hendrick Kia as I am a transplant from TX. And overall, a terrific experience. Alondra (service department) was great to work with. The video updates from the tech showing recommendatio TX. And overall, a terrific experience. Alondra (service department) was great to work with. The video updates from the tech showing recommendations for service were much appreciated. At no point was I pressured for service items. That means a lot. And for a car with 100k miles on it, after service was done, no doubt I have MANY more miles to get out of it. From scheduling online to arrival and completing services, I don't think it could have gone much better. And top notch waiting area too boot. More
