I recently visited Hendrick Kia to have my oil changed and tires rotated on my '24 Sportage. Service Advisor Bryan Reece was awesome. We brought in the vehicle for some recalls and because it was low on oil. The recalls were completed, along with a top off of oil and a new drain plug washer as some residue was noticed there. When we went in to pick it up, I mentioned to Ethan, our service advisor, that the vehicle has been going through oil frequently and that there were TSBs for such issues. I explained that we would like to start the first step of those TSBs, which would require additional work on the car. Ethan immediately took the vehicle to the service bay, instantly got a tech to start working on it and had it delivered back to me within minutes. Amazing service!
