Shop was quite busy and I was one-of-many. Consultant Clayton King treated me as if I was the only client he was handling. Video from technician who inspected my car through to Clayton's advising me of recommended work was a level of unsurpassed attention. He apologized for the length of time... I reminded him that he had set-the-expectations and that was fine. The professionalism, speaking to me in understandable terms and a 'happy' personality made the experience very positive. Thank you Hendrick Lexus, Clayton King and technician who actually performed the work. Mine is a 2016 RX 350 and my next car will definitely be a Lexus... thanks to my overall experiences. More
