I only feel comfortable at Lexus. I could also do without the calls before my appts trying to sell me a new car every time). But communication once I’m there is great- and all of the service people I’ve worked with have been great. The waiting area is clean and comfortable as well as the loaner program for longer appointments. I love how they wash my car. Reasonable pricing. Love the service videos. Highly recommend! More
