Michael is very positive and professional. We had an unexpected problem (I left my lights on) and we had to replace my battery. I did not have an appointment, but he was there right at 7:00 a. When I 1st arrived I was not feeling welcomed because the 1st summarily dismissed me but said that someone else would be able to assist me and to hand out in the Bay Area. Immediately Chris overheard the conversation and apologized, started the process and went out of his way to make things right. I told him I was not feeling the “Lexus experience”. He totally rectified that as well as another worker Kathy. These 2 made the difference in me staying with the Lexus product. More
