John and the mechanic made time for me and found the fluid very dirty and changed it. The quality of work was second to none and I have always been treated with respect. I was overall very pleased they went beyond what I expected and made time to complete a task I had not told them about before I arrived. I was pleasantly surprised with how quick the service was done and the cost was well within what I expected. Very nice to do business with them. I am on my third Lexus and will keep coming back.
