Trying to add my phonebook to the system, husband recently purchased a new Lexus. Tarek helped us to install my husband's bluetooth in the new car. Trying to add my phonebook to the system, the bluetooth connection to my vehicle was inadvertently deleted. I did not realize until I returned to Leavenworth and drove my car that my bluetooth was no longer connected to my car. I returned to Superior Lexus North the next morning and Tarek spent half an hour getting my bluetooth reconnected and helping me to install my phonebook again. He was so patient and helpful to me and I wanted to express my appreciation. More
