The process of getting oriented to the car took longer than it should because Jack and Robb kept getting called away to other stuff. Part of that is my fault in that I don't think I told them what time I'd be arriving at the dealership to pick up the car. I think if they'd known that they could have set uninterrupted time aside. Would be nice if they give a nice Lexus key ring to go with the keys. The car overall was in great shape but the windshield really needed to be cleaned better.
