I have taken my 2007 Lexus to Superior Lexus North for service since it was new. I have always been treated professionally and politely by all of the staff. Before our flight returns, the vehicle is delivered to the airport and waiting for us upon our arrival, this is a great service. I have dealt with many of the employees and have always had a very positive experience and never a problem. I have never experienced this level of service at any other automotive dealships. When I decided to look at new cars, I ran into Abbey Whitney, whom I have known for many years and who works at the North dealership, and she spoke so enthusiastically about the people and great service Whitney, whom I have known for many years and who works at the North dealership, and she spoke so enthusiastically about the people and great service they had, that I decided to test drive a car there. I bought my first Lexus from Robb Walter at the South dealership (which is actually closer to where I live) and remembered that he had moved to the North dealership. It was a pleasant experience working with Robb the first time and he kept in touch over the years, so I contacted him and set up a test drive in a new RX 350. Needless to say, I ended up buying the car!! Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and made the process as effortless as possible.
