Although this was our third RX, he pointed out enhancements we didn't know about & really helped educate us on all the "extras"...... very easy experience with no pressure involved. Dennis is the reason we purchased our 2007 Lexus RX 350. We had just visited another dealership. The salesman was so pushy and inappropriate we left even though we liked the car. We went with the intention of possibly having something shipped in from one of the 80 dealerships they work with, if we didn't find something perfect there.
