I bought my first Lexus 8 yrs ago new (2004 GX470). I still have it today and am very pleased with my GX470. (I have never had anything go wrong with the it.) After doing much research in the market for a new vehicle, I decided to stay with a Lexus. So, today I own a RX 450 Hybrid! I am glad to say I bought my 2nd Lexus and I know it will be as dependable as my first Lexus! Thank you to Lance, Heather, and Kathy for making my decision a positive experience. I LOVE Lexus! More

We have NEVER been treated at any of our previous car dealerships like Superior Lexus treats us! We are so happy we switched to a Lexus. Heather Marzan was our sales person; the face of Superior North. As indicated, I have given Superior North the highest rating, and it is all due to Heather. We travelled 2 states to trade-in and purchase a North. As indicated, I have given Superior North the highest rating, and it is all due to Heather. We travelled 2 states to trade-in and purchase a car, which by any definition is a difficult transaction. Heather made the transaction fast, stress-free, and fun. She is professional, easy to deal with, and did everything in her power to keep the purchase on track and trouble-free for John and I. When we are ready to buy another Lexus, Superior North and Heather have our business, even with having to travel 2 states away...it is worth the trip.
