In the end I got a car I was very happy with. This could have been a very bad situation but because of their integrity it all worked out. I hold all at the dealership in high regard. I took my IS300 to Superior North after a misdiagnosis and poor repair at another Lexus dealership. Rob Ramsey listened to all details of the car history and provided solid advise in an objective, conc and poor repair at another Lexus dealership. I was kept informed every step of the way. The Tech made sure that I understood every step and gave me several options for repair. Steve went above and beyond to make sure that that the car was returned to me in as good as new condition. He worked with other family members when I was not available. Paco in parts knew my name and the history of the car. He did everything possible to make sure that the parts order was correct. He was friendly and knowledgeable through the entire process. Superior is a well oiled machine. It was evident that all parts of the dealership communicate well with each other. Other members of the staff that I met through the process were curtious and helpful. I was confident through the entire process that my car was in good hands. More
